Receive Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders over $80.00. No promo code is necessary at checkout for qualifying orders. If you are using a promotional discount code when placing your order, please note that shipping charges are calculated based on your merchandise order total after the discount code is applied to your order and before any applicable sales taxes are applied.

Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped. We reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer.
Each order placed can only be shipped to one address at a time. Items in an order cannot be sent to separate shipping addresses.

Orders will be shipped via Monday - Friday, except on major holidays and the summer season. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed within two (2) business days. and shipped within 5 business days maximum, though processing times may vary due to availability of raw materials.
International Orders and U.S. Territories
Paw Melts Fragrances products can only be shipped to the 50 U.S. states, Canada and the UK at this time. Excludes Alaska and Hawaii
Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the shipping time spent in warmer climates. Paw Melts Fragrances reserves the right to delay shipping without notice.
We do not ship in extreme temperatures (both hot and cold) as it may damage the hand crafted products and raw materials.
We do not offer shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses as a signature is required on delivery.
All sales are final. Choose products carefully, we make all our products fresh per order! Fragrances cannot be exchanged.
Damages in shipping must be reported to the carrier and to Paw Melts within (2) days from the delivery date, with a photograph sent to pawmelts [at] gmail [dot] com
We will investigate the damages with the carrier and take the proper steps to satisfy the purchase!
We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
Replacements will be for same items ordered. No substitutes will be allowed.
Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product.
